Frequently Asked
Common Questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? expand_more
We don't have a fixed minimum. We adapt to each project, whether it's a small batch for a boutique hotel or a recurring program for a corporate client. Volume discounts apply as quantities grow.
How long is the typical lead time? expand_more
Standard lead time is 3 to 6 weeks from approved sample to delivery, depending on order quantity and complexity. For time-sensitive projects, please mention your deadline in the quote request and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What types of leather do you offer? expand_more
Our standard is Vaqueta leather — durable, hard-wearing, and built to age beautifully. We also work with Crazy Horse leather for select pieces, and can source other types of leather for specific projects on request.
Do you offer custom branding? expand_more
Yes. We offer debossed logos, foil stamping, and custom thread colors — your brand, faithfully reproduced on every piece. For specific projects, we can also explore additional finishes on request.
Can I request a sample before placing an order? expand_more
Yes. We can ship a physical pre-production sample (shipping costs covered by the client) or send unedited photos for approval. Both options ensure you sign off on the final piece before we begin full production.
Do you ship internationally? expand_more
Yes. We ship internationally via trusted couriers, with shipping costs and timelines included in every order proposal. We've shipped to the United States and can quote delivery to most countries on request.
What are your payment terms? expand_more
For new clients, we typically work with a 50% deposit upfront and the balance before shipment. Terms can be discussed for recurring or larger projects.
How should I care for my leather goods? expand_more
Vaqueta leather is naturally durable and develops a unique patina over time. Keep your items away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat. If the leather gets wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature. For routine care, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and occasionally apply a natural leather conditioner to keep it nourished and supple.
