MORAES is a premium leather goods brand handcrafted in Colombia. We sell B2B and personal leather products and accept custom project inquiries. All products are made to order or in limited quantities.

2. Inquiries and Orders

Quote requests

Submitting a quote or inquiry form does not constitute a binding purchase order. An order is confirmed only when MORAES sends a written confirmation (by email) and a deposit payment is received.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to production. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs.

Payment terms

For new clients, we typically require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due before shipment. Payment terms for recurring or larger B2B accounts may be negotiated separately.

3. Custom Projects

Custom projects involve a design consultation, mold creation, sample production, and approval process before full production. By submitting a custom inquiry you agree to:

• Provide accurate design briefs and reference materials
• Own or have the right to use any logos, trademarks, or artwork submitted
• Review and approve samples before full production proceeds
• Accept that mold and tooling costs may be non-refundable once production begins

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, copy, design, and brand identity — is the property of MORAES and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

When you submit logos or artwork for a custom order, you represent that you have the rights to use them and grant MORAES a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of producing your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

MORAES ships worldwide. Estimated lead times and shipping costs are communicated during the inquiry process. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return inquiry, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MORAES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
